摘　　要：总结了川西北净化厂硫磺回收装置设备及管线的腐蚀情况,分析了装置存在的高温硫化腐蚀、电化学腐蚀和露点腐蚀等主要腐蚀现象及其腐蚀机理,并提出了在选材、工艺操作、维修、开停工等方面应采用的防护措施。The corrosion of MCRC sulfur recovery units and pipelines in Northwest Sichuan Gas Purification Plant is introduced.The main corrosion phenomena and mechanism are analyzed,including high temperature sulphidation attack,electrochemical corrosion and dew point corrosion.The protection measures of the process in the material selection,process operation,maintenance,start-up and shutdown procedure are proposed.
