摘  要:生物质焦油是生物质热解气化的副产物。采用热裂解-气相色谱质谱法(PY-GC/MS)对焦油进行研究,分析了其在550℃、1050℃和1300℃条件下裂解的情况。实验表明,裂解温度升高,裂解成分总的质量分数呈递减态势,即由85.397%降至83.198%,最后降到75.483%,降幅达10%。其中10种主要的裂解成分的变化情况存在差异,有6种成分含量下降,总的降幅达到10.85%;另外4种成分的含量却呈上升趋势,总的上升幅度高达15.535%。另外,对主要的裂解成分分析可知,有多种成分是重要的化工原料。通过对生物质焦油进行热裂解分析,可以全面了解焦油的特性,并为焦油的资源化提供基础性资料。Biomass tar is the by-products of biomass pyrolysis.The pyrolysis components of biomass tar has been investigated by pyrolysis GC-MS,and analyzed the differences of products at the different temperature in 550℃,1050℃ and 1300℃.With cracking temperature increasing,the relative percentage of the cracking products showed a decline trend,the contents cracking products reduced to 83.198% from 85.397%,then to 75.483%.The decrease number reached 10%.Regarding ten kinds of main decomposition ingredients,changes in the existing differences,the total range of fall of six ingredient content achieves 10.85%.But the other four ingredient's content of the aromatic as well as the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons rise,the total increase reaches as high as 15.535%.The study result shows that there are many kinds of important industrial chemicals in a variety of ingredients.Through analyzing the pyrolysis components of biomass tar,may thoroughly understand the tar characteristic and provides the fundamental material for tar converting into resources.
