孤东采油厂含油泥砂热水洗处理参数优选与机理分析研究

摘　　要：通过甲苯抽提实验确定出孤东采油厂油泥砂含油率较高,在不同条件下进行油泥砂的水洗处理,确定出利用热碱水处理的最佳水洗参数:温度80℃、碱浓度0.3%、固液比2:3(新鲜)/1:2(积存)、搅拌机转速250r/min、水洗时间60min,并对热水洗处理的机理进行了分析。The results from methylbenzene extraction experiment confirm that the oil-bearing sludge sand in Gudao oil production plant has higher oil-bearing rate.By water flushed procession of oil-bearing sludge sand in different conditions,the optimum water flushed parameters were determined as follows: temperature 80℃,the washing liquor concentration 0.3%,the solid and liquid ratio 2:3(fresh)/1:2(lay up),the rotation speed of agitator 250r/min,water flushed time 60min.And the mechanism of hot water flushing is also analyzed in this paper.
