摘  要:应用电测盲孔法对龙滩水电站大型水轮机组两种生产工艺下的四台转轮退火前后残余应力进行了现场测试,系统地研究了转轮焊缝及其热影响区退火前后残余应力的大小和分布规律以及时效对退火后残余应力的影响,为评价转轮生产制造工艺以及转轮服役期间的质量监控和分析提供了第一手的实验数据。研究结果表明,焊接后在焊缝及附近区域残余应力较大,通过应力退火可以有效地消除残余应力,时效使残余应力的分布更趋于均匀。另外,经过两种方法制造的转轮,残余应力相差不大。By using strain-gauge blind-hole method,the residual stress of four hydroturbine runners in Longtan hydropower project has been measured in fieldwork The experiment researched the effect on magnitude and distribution of residual stress in welding lines and heat affected zones of runners before and after anneal and ageing effect on residual stress systemically. The important experiment data have been gained to estimate the production technics of runners and analyze their running state. The research has shown that there is high residual stress in welding zones of runners,which can be effectively reduced by anneal. It also has shown that the ageing effect makes the stress distributed more uniformly. Moreover,the stress of the runners manufactured by two techincs has few differences.
