山东省生物质CDM项目现状分析

摘　　要：本文对山东省内生物质利用CDM项目进行了讨论。生物质的利用是解决农村秸秆处理问题的有效途径,同时也减少了秸秆腐烂过程中的温室气体排放。尽管山东省生物质CDM项目进展顺利,但开发过程中仍存在一定的问题。本文在对山东生物质CDM项目分析的基础上,提出了发展生物质CDM项目和减少温室气体排放的建议。This paper analyses the biomass utilization based Clean Development Mechanism （CDM） projects in Shandong province. Utilization of biomass is an effective way to solve the problem of straw treatment in rural areas and reduce emission of GHG from straw decomposition. Although biomass based CDM projects develop smoothly in Shandong, problems still exist. This paper provides possible solutions and suggestions to smooth the biomass based CDM projects development and increase the GHG emission reduction.
