摘  要:对从普通小麦克旱9号与六倍体小偃麦杂交后代(F5)中选育的05-9-2和7-24进行了形态学和细胞学鉴定,结果表明:两材料结实性好,籽粒饱满,株型紧凑,生长旺盛且茎秆弹性好;根尖细胞染色体数目均为2n=42,花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ(PMC MⅠ)均具有一定数量的的单价体,普遍存在多个棒状二价体;后期Ⅰ、后期Ⅱ和四分体时期出现少量的落后染色体、染色体桥和微核等现象.这表明异源染色体(E染色体)进入小麦基因组,对小麦染色体配对有一定的影响,在高世代仍需做细胞学检测,从中选育出稳定且有利用价值的异代换系、易位系、小偃麦新类型与优良普通小麦新品种.Study on Cytogenetics and Cell Genetics of 05 - 9 - 2 and 7 - 24, bred from the progeny of the common wheat "kehan 9" and T. Trititrigia 6x, the results showed good fecundity, fully filled grain, compact plant type, Vigorous growth and good elasticity, Somatic chromosome number of the hybrid is 2n =42. The cytokinesis at the time of pollen mother cells meiosis have univalents, rod bivalents. A little lagging chromosome, chromosome bridges and micronuclei were found in anaphase Ⅰ ,anaphase Ⅱ and tetrad stage. It showed Exogenous Chromosomes into wheat genome, which had influenced on chromosome pairing, detection cytology to be done in high - generation , from which breeding out Alien Substitution Lines, translocation line new T. Triti- trigia and Excellent Tritieum aestivum with Stable and value utilization.
