烃类自热转化炉混合器技术开发应用剖析

摘　　要：烃类转化是通过氧与烃类在转化炉的混合器混合后进行催化或非催化燃烧,制取合成气(CO+H2)的过程。混合器成为烃类转化的核心技术,优质混合器的特点是混合均匀、转化率高、寿命长、不被烧坏,能满足转化工艺要求。对我国烃类转化工业生产采用的混合器和开发的具有自主知识产权的混合器进行了分析总结。Hydrocarbons conversion is a process in which hydrocarbons blend with oxygen in the blender of converter,and then convert into syngas（CO＋H2） through catalytic or non-catalytic combustion reaction.Blender is the core technology of hydrocarbons conversion.The characteristics of a high-quality blender lie in even blending,high conversion rate,long length of life,nonablation,and the ability to satisfy the requirements of conversion process.The paper analyses and summarizes the blenders adopted in China＇s hydrocarbons conversion industry and developed with China＇s own intellectual property right.
