摘　　要：通过对耐火骨料、粉料的选择和级配、超微粉和外加剂的使用、铝酸盐水泥的使用以及水用量等问题的研究,制定了出铁沟耐火浇注料的配制方法。利用该方法配制出超低水泥浇注料,并用其制作出高炉出铁沟岔口用预制件。The preparation method for refractory castable for the fork location of blast furnace lander is worked out through the researches on the issues of the selection and gradation of refractory aggregate and powder, uses of superfines, additives, aluminate cement and water adding amount and so on. The ultra low cement castable is prepared by the method and the prefabricated part for the fork location of the blast furnace lander is manufactured with the castable.
