摘　　要：文章旨在找出中国船舶保安履约工作存在的问题和不足,提出对策,确保我国船舶保安履约工作的顺利进行。This paper introduces the achievements of the ISPS implementation in CHINA, and analyses the existing problems and weak points. This paper puts forward some suggestions concerning measures to be taken to ensure the compliance with ISPS smoothly.
