摘　　要：从转变经济增长方式到转变经济发展方式,体现了发展理念的升华。改革开放以来,发展理念更新与经济增长方式转变经历了如下历程:速度理念与粗放型增长、效益理念与集约型增长、人本理念与发展方式转变。这一历程体现了党和国家对经济发展规律的认识取得了新的重大进展,反映了党和国家对经济建设指导思想的升华,也是从当前我国经济发展的实际出发提出的重大战略。当前要实现发展方式的转变必须以人为本、协调发展、创新、可持续发展和循环经济等新理念为支撑。The shift from transforming economic increase methods to economic developmental modal reflects the enhancement of developmental concept. Since the open and reform, the renewing of developmental concept and transforming of economic increase methods have undergone the following steps： speed concept, extensive growth increase, benefit concept and intensive growth, human concept and developmental methods transformation. The steps reflect the concept from CPPC and China towards economic developmental rules has gained the new and important progress. It also reflects the enhancement of the guiding principles from the Party and China, which is also the important strategy raised from the angle of the current practical economic development. The transformation of the current realization of developmental methods should be based on the new concepts of human and harmonious development, innovation, sustainable development and recycling economy.
