摘 要:对6块闭口型压型钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合板试件进行了两点对称集中加载静力试验研究,考察了组合板在不同剪跨比下的破坏形态、钢板与混凝土应变发展、端部滑移和裂缝发展情况,研究了组合板的纵向剪切极限承载能力。研究结果表明,端部设置栓钉的闭口型压型钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合板具有较好组合作用,剪跨比较小的闭口型压型钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合板主要发生纵向剪切粘结破坏,而剪跨比较大的组合板主要发生接近于弯曲破坏的弯剪破坏;根据试验研究结果,建立了闭口型压型钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合板的承载能力计算公式,并给出了组合板刚度计算建议方法。为考察组合板的动力特性,对6块闭口型压型钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合板的前三阶自振频率和阻尼比进行了试验测试,测试结果表明闭口型压型钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合板阻尼比比较小,并结合自振频率实测结果对经验计算公式进行了对比验证,为闭口型压型钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合板动力特性计算及组合楼盖的竖向振动分析控制设计提供依据和参考。The re-entrant trough profiled steel sheeting-light weight concrete composite slabs was composed of re-entrant trough profiled steel sheeting named BONDECK Ⅱ and light weight concrete. Experiment of six specimens of the composite slabs was conducted to study its mechanical behaviors and the design method. Based on the experiment results, the influence of the shear-span of the slabs was particularly studied. During the experimental study, the failure modes, strain of concrete and steel sheeting, the cracks pattern and the slippage at interface were studied in detail. The bearing capacity of the six specimens was focused on and the calculation formulas of the bearing capacity and rigidity of the closed profiled steel sheetinglight weight concrete composite slabs were founded. Based on the experimental results, it was denoted that the composite slab specimens loaded at small nominal shear-span ratio failed in longitudinal bonding failure mode, and the composite specimens loaded at large nominal shear-span ratio failed in shear-bending failure mode, which was a failure mode close to the bending failure, and the composite slab specimens showed good ductility and bearing capacity. The bearing capacity calculation method was established, and the rigidity calculation method was also introduced and verified. Furthermore, the vibration characteristic including the vibration frequencies and damping ratios of the six composite slabs were also tested in the experiment, it was found that all the test damping ratio of the specimens were small. Based on comparing test result and calculated results of the first phase vibration frequencies, the empirical calculating formula was verified. All these will be helpful to the vibration analysis and control of the re-entrant trough profiled steel sheeting-concrete composite slabs and composite floors with composite slabs.
