摘 要:以广州合景大厦顶部玻璃幕墙减振设计为工程背景设计了新型夹层钢板橡胶耗能阻尼片。探讨了靠弯曲错动耗能的粘弹性阻尼片的工作机理,建立了耗能阻尼片设计与ANSYS软件计算的接口。利用几何关系、物理关系等建立阻尼理论的Kelvin-Voigt模型,通过机理分析得出等效阻尼力。选择了3组典型试件进行同工况动力试验,验证和分析了等效阻尼力模型。所提出的理论模型能够提供任意尺寸和任意布置的耗能阻尼片适用ANSYS计算的阻尼单元,可直接用于结构减振控制时程分析计算。理论计算、同工况动力试验以及ANSYS软件计算所表现出的结果具有较好的一致性,说明理论分析可以用于一般工程的耗能阻尼片设计。This paper introduces an energy dissipation damper laminating steel plates and rubber based on the project of Hejing Tower in Guangzhou and used for vibration control on the glass curtain wall. The theoretical analysis of the viscoelastic damper which dissipates energy by bending and dislocating are studied, and the interface between the damper design and the software calculation with ANSYS is set up. The Kelvin-Voigt modal for damping is used and the equivalent damping force is found in the dampers analysis according to geometrical relationships and physical relationships which is checked and analyzed under the same working conditional dynamic experiments. All the energy-dissipation dampers of any size and layout can be simulated for the damping element which is applied to the software of ANSYS, which in turn can be applied to do time-history analysis of vibration control on the whole structure with this theory. It is shown that the results of the theoretical calculation, the dynamic experiment under the same working condition of the project of Hejing Tower and the ANSYS calculation agree with one another fairly well. It is also demonstrated that the theory in this paper can be commonly used in the engineering design of the energy dissipation damper.
