摘　　要：GIS在环境中的应用越来越广泛,本文采用GIS专业软件(ArcGIS)等成构重庆市GIS环境监测信息管理系统。该系统具有对重庆市地表水环境、环境空气、环境噪声、等环境要素进行监测管理,同时具有重庆市环境监测信息的空问查询、表达、统计和绘图等功能,可使重庆市环境监测站直观、有效地进行环境监测信息管理。The GIS（Geographic Information System）is applied more broader and broader in the environmental fields, the author developsthe Environmental Monitoring Information System for Chongqing city by using GIS software, ArcGIS etc. The system can manage the basic environmental factors, such as surface water, environmental atmos- phere,environmental noise etc. , in Chongqing city. At the same time, it has the functions of space inquiry, expres- sion,statistic,plot,etc. ,in Chongqing city. So, the environm ental monitoring station of Chongqing can manage directly and effectively the environmental monitorixag information.
