关于拓展高校毕业生基层就业渠道的思考

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育由"精英教育"迅速转变成为"大众教育",大学毕业生人数逐年增长,致使大学生就业问题日益突出。积极拓宽就业渠道,把广大基层作为大学生就业的主要方向,是高校就业工作的重点。文章从基层就业现状及存在问题出发,探索分析了拓展基层就业渠道的途径与方法。With rapid higher education transformation from ＂elite education＂ to ＂mass education＂ in China, the number of university graduates is increasing year by year, and the problem of employment for college students have become increasingly prominent. Employment in universities focuses on actively broadening employment in grass-root units for vast number of university graduates. This paper discusses approaches and means to broaden employment in grass-root units on the basis of current situation of employment in grass-root units and existing problems.
