孔雀球虫种类调查及防治研究

摘　　要：经调查发现有６种球虫寄生于孔雀，分别为梅氏等孢球虫（Ｉｓｏｓｐｏｒａｍａｙｕｒｉ），梅氏艾美耳球虫（Ｅｉｍｅｒｉａｍａｙｕｒａｉ），曼德勒艾美耳球虫（Ｅ．ｍａｎｄａｌｉｓ），孔雀艾美耳球虫（Ｅ．ｐａｖｏｎｉｓ），孔雀族艾美耳球虫（Ｅ．ｐａｖｏｎｉｎａ）及１个未定种。其中孔雀艾美耳球虫和孔雀族艾美耳球虫为国内新记录，未定种为新记录种。用１ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１杀球灵混料用药１０ｄ预防效果良好。Spp.of coccidia in peafowl were discovered,namely, Isospora mayuri,Eimeria mayurai,E.mandali,E.pavonis,E.pavonina and one which was not named. E.pavonis and E.pavonina are new records in China,so is the one which wao not named.Using Diclazuril mixed in feed at 1mg·kg -1 on consecutive 10 days can efficaciously prevent coccidia infection of peafowl.
