摘　　要：介绍了COD_(Cr)在线监测仪在印染废水污染源监控中的实际应用。主要通过对市场上应用比较多的COD在线监测仪工作原理及优缺点的分析,确定了华懋(厦门)织造染整有限公司废水排放口COD在线监测仪的安装类型为COD_(Cr)在线监测仪,并通过对COD_(Cr)在线监测仪的验收监测工作,肯定了COD_(Cr)在线监测仪在实现对印染废水出水在线监控中具有运行稳定、分析速度快、监测数据准确可靠、与实验室测量结果有良好的可比性等优点,适用于印染废水的在线监控。The paper introduces the practical application of CODCr online monitoring instrument with dichromate method in the dyeing and printing wastewater pollution source monitoring system.According to the analysis of the operating principle and advantages and disadvantages of COD online monitoring instrument widely used in the market,we determined that the CODCr online monitoring instrument should be installed in XIAMEN Huamao.The monitoring result of CODCr online monitoring instrument installed in XIAMEN Huamao showed that CODCr online monitoring instrument used in dyeing and printing wastewater has several advantages such as stable operation,high analysis speed,accurate and reliable monitoring data,and good compatibility with the laboratory measuring result etc.It is suitable for online monitoring on dyeing and printing wastewater.
