摘 要:目前脉冲激光能量测量的难度和需求急剧增加,能满足要求的脉冲能量计往往比较复杂、价格也很昂贵,因此提出了一种利用连续光功率计测量脉冲激光能量的简易方法。根据连续光功率计的结构及其工作原理建立了热沉热传导方程,并根据其边界条件求出了热沉前后两个表面温差与激光输入功率之间的线性关系。引入了等效功率的概念,使得连续光功率计的原理同样适用于脉冲激光能量的测量,并从实验上验证了其可行性。由于探头采用不同的材料和结构,其响应时间和响应度会存在一定差异,从而会影响测量误差的大小。但在测量精度要求不高的情况下上述方法是可行的,它可以大大降低高重频、窄脉冲激光能量测量难度,同时也降低了测量成本。Since difficulty and demand of measurements for pulse-laser energy have increased,pulse energy meters for them are always complicated and expensive,so a simple method using continuous-light power meters to measure pulse-laser energy was suggested.According to construction and theories of continuous-light power meters,thermal conduction equations of heat substrate were founded,and linearity relation between the front side and the behind one of heat substrate was worked out basing on boundary condition.By importing concept of equivalent-power,theories of continuous-light power meters were applied to pulse-light ones.Feasibility was validated by experiments.Using different material and construction,probe heads have different response time and responsibility,as a result,errors are different.But the way is feasible when precision request is low,it can decrease energy measurement difficulty of high-repeating and narrow-pulse laser,and its cost can be reduced a lot.
