摘　　要：孔雀石绿和结晶紫是三苯甲烷类染料,在水产养殖业用来杀菌防病,在生物体内代谢为隐性孔雀石绿和隐性结晶紫,因孔雀石绿及其关联化合物具有高毒素、高残留和致癌、致畸、致突变等危害作用引起高度重视。本文重点综述了孔雀石绿及其关联化合物——隐性孔雀石绿、结晶紫、隐性结晶紫的高效液相色谱检测的原理、方法及近年来国内外的分析进展。Malachite green（MG） and crystal violet（CV）,which are triphenylmethane dyes,are usually used to prevent sterilization in aquaculture,MG and CV can be metabolized and transformed into leucomalachite green （LMG） and leucocrystal violet（LCV） in living bodies.Great attention has been attracted by MG and its related compounds because of their high residual,great toxicity,carcinogenicity,teratogenicity,mutagenesis and so on. This paper emphatically describes the principle,method and progress of detection of MG,LMG,CV,LCV on HPLC in recent years.
