摘　　要：ICP光谱仪在实验室应用中越来越多,但该仪器设备在实验分析中应注意的一些问题却是实验人员关心的话题,本文就ICP光谱仪的使用环境、供电方式和防尘措施、气路的检查、雾化器和炬管图的保养、样品的前处理以及标准曲线的制作等一系列问题展开讨论,ICP光谱仪作为当前光谱分析中最迅速最灵敏的一种仪器,它也存在优点和局限性,本文使实验人员能更好的了解ICP光谱仪,并正确使用仪器,以满足各项实验要求。ICP-AES is used more and more in the laboratory,but in the laboratory the equipment should be noticed some problems,which is always concerned of topic for analyst.This text discusses a series of problems include practical environment,electrical ways,and dustproof step,air channel check,maintenance of the nebulizer and the torch tube,sample pretreatment,manufacture of standard curve and so on.ICP-AES is one of the most rapid and sensitive instrument in the current spectral analysis.It also has some limitation.This text can help analyst understand the instrument,use exactly it better,come up to experimental request.
