摘  要:目的:研究在海拔5200m高原利用氧烛建立富氧室对人体自由基代谢及血乳酸的影响。方法:8名受试者在富氧(氧浓度为24%~25%)前后分别检测血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸(BLA)、一氧化氮(NO)及其合酶(NOS)含量。结果:富氧较未富氧SOD、NO、NOS增加,MDA、BLA降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:富氧对低氧造成的自由基损伤有明显的抑制作用,增强机体抗氧化酶活性和乳酸清除能力。氧烛在高原供氧有着广泛的社会效益和军事用途。Objective:To study the effects of oxygen--enriched room with oxygen candle on free radical metabolism and level of blood lactic acid in healthy persons at 5 200m altitudes. Methods: 8 volunteers were enrolled to receive oxygen--enriched room test which was induced by oxygen candle, and level of the super oxide dismutase (SOD), Malondialdehyde (MDA), Blood Lactate (BLA), nitrogen monoxidum(NO) and nitricoxide synthase (NOS) were measured before and after oxygen--enriched room test. Results: Which compared between before and after the test, the level of SOD, NO and NOS were increased after the test, and MDA and BLA were reduced. There was a significant difference (P〈0. 05,or P〈0. 01) between the two groups. Conclusions:Oxygen--enriched room can restrain free radical damage and enhance anti--oxidase activity and blood lactate cleaning. The oxygen candle will make a contribution to social and military at high altitude.
