摘　　要：针对当前电子商务的发展情况,分析了几种模式下电子商务的缺点和不足,提出了一种新的商务模式-P2P模式。随着3G移动网络的到来,P2P模式的移动电子商务必然成为未来电子商务发展的趋势。在这一前提下给出了一种P2P移动电子商务机制。According to the development of M - commerce now, this paper analyses the shortcomings and deficiencies of several kinds patterns of Electronic Commerce. At the same time this paper brings forward a new kind of business model which is P2P model. With the coming of 3G mobile networks, m -commerce on P2P model will surely become the trend of the E - Commerce in the future. On the premise of this,this paper gives one kind of P2P M- commerce model .
