摘  要:以电荷耦合器件(CCD)为图像传感器,建立了齿形链链板的测量系统,在图像处理的基础上,计算了齿形链链板的销孔直径及圆度误差、链板节距和两直边夹角。用厂家提供的标准样件对被测零件进行标定,在计算销孔圆度时,提出了用解析法求解最小区域的计算方法,在不损失效率的前提下提高了测量精度,消除了测量原理误差。实验表明,利用亚像素方法测量时,链板节距为6.299mm,标准差为±0.0053mm;销孔直径为2.564mm,标准差为±0.005mm;两直边夹角为60.453°,标准差±0.00375°;圆度误差为12.9μm。The measurement system on chain board of tooth shaped chain by CCD is developed. The pinhole diameter, roundness error, chain beard pitch and angle between two right sides of chain board on the basis of image processing were calculated. Calibration using standard part provided by the factory was carried out. In the calculation of roundness error of pinhole, calculation method solving minimum region by resolution method is put forward. Experiments showed that pitch is 6.299 mm, angle between two right sides is 60.453°, pinhole diameter is 2.564mm while taken sub- pixel method. Their average standard deviations are ±0.1305 3 ram, ±0.003 75° and ±0.005 mm respectively. Roundness error is 12.9 μm.
