摘　　要：提出通过公共电话交换网（PSTN）对数字时间戳服务系统进行时间认证的方法。对通过PSTN进行时间同步的特性进行了分析。给出了时间认证系统的电路框图与安全策略；并给出线路传输时间延迟测试结果。经实测，该方法能满足数字时间戳服务系统对电子商务以及电子政务活动提供安全服务的需求。A digital time-stamp authorization method by PSTN is given. Through the analysis of the synchronization characteristics in PSTN, the system block and safe tactic are presented, and the actual delay in PSTN is measured. This method is proved to meet the requirements of safe service in the digital time-stamp system provided for electro-business and electro-govern.
