对二等标准水银温度计测量不确定度的探讨

摘　　要：比较分析了我国《二等标准水银温度计检定规程》、美国国家标准技术研究院关于参考水银温度计测量不确定度评定的文献和《二等标准水银温度计全国比对报告》关于测量不确定度的规定值及评定结果，并在参考不确定度表述指南基础上，说明了《二等标准水银温度计检定规程》在某些温度区间上规定的不确定度值有可能过小，存在不合理之处。Referring to the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement of ISO, the given measurement uncertainty by the calibration regulation of grade Ⅱ standard mercury thermometers, the estimated measurement uncertainty in the literatures of National Institute of Standards and Technology （NIST）, and the estimated measurement uncertainty for thermometers used in the national comparison of grade Ⅱ standard mercury thermometers, are compared. The comparison indicates that the given uncertainty by calibration regulation of the grade Ⅱ standard mercury thermometers may be unreasonable small.
