摘　　要：针对一般的样本,数据包络分析方法具有无法反映决策者主观偏好的弱点,从(Sam-Eva)模型和C2WH方法各自的特点出发,将两者结合起来,即将C2WH模型的思想应用到(Sam-Eva)模型中去,使(Sam-Eva)模型的客观分析与C2WH的主观判断相结合,从而得到了一个基于C2WH的样本数据包络分析模型,在该模型下给出了SCDEA有效及SCDEA弱有效的定义,并讨论了它与一般的样本数据包络分析模型的关系。最后,用该模型对教师绩效做出了有效性评估,对于无效单元给出了合理的改进办法。To solve the problem that the general sample data envelopment analysis can not reflect the decision-makers＇subjective preferences,based on the characteristics of Sam-Eva model and CZWH method, according to the preference of decision-makers, a method to structure the restrain cone was given. Thereby,a sample data envelopment analysis model based on C^2WH was provided. At the same time, the definitions of SADEA-efficiency and weak-SADEA-efficiency were developed. In addition,the relationships between PSam-C^2WH and the general sample DEA model were discussed. Finally, the practicality and advantages of the method were illustrated by teachers＇performance effectiveness evaluation.
