国家宏观调控政策及电价调整对晋中电力市场的影响

摘　　要：为了提高供电水平和对风险防范应对能力,针对2008年中国1-10月所实施的宏观调控政策和对国内经济运行速度相对放缓、社会固定资产投资增速减缓以及两次调整电价的宏观背景,分析了山西省晋中市主要产业运行状况和主要监测数据,重点对晋中市2008年以来的供电数据进行了针对分析,并得出了区域供电未来趋势走向,提出了应对策略。Under the circumstance of the national macro-control policy supervision, the slowness of the inner economy move speed, the keeping slowing down the social fixed assets invest increasing and two adjusts on electricity prices from January to October of 2008 in China, the author analyzed the major industrial motion state and the main monitor data of Jinzhong city in Shanxi Province,especially aiming at its power supply data since 2008,in order to improve the power supply level and the ability to keep a lookout the market risk. Also,the article not only made the research on the future tendency of the regional power supply, but gave its own strategies as well.
