城乡一体化的国际经验及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：面对我国城市和农村发展差距的扩大,通过对美国、德国、日本、韩国和拉美国家城乡一体化发展的基本经验和教训的系统总结,探讨城乡一体化的国际经验对促进我国城乡一体化的五个启示:城乡一体化的重新认识;探索与国情相适应的城乡一体化模式;树立协调理念,坚持可持续发展;注重城乡规划的科学性和权威性;构建以农村、农业现代化和城市化有机结合为目标、以机会公平为基础、以产业化经营为纽带的城乡一体化发展框架。Facing China＇s urban and rural development gap, by systematically generalizing the development,experiences and lessons of United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea and Latin American countries＇ integration of urban and rural areas, the the-sis has studied five revelations of the urban and rural integration of international experience in promoting China＇s urban and rural integration, namely a new awareness of the integration of urban and rural areas; exploration of urban and rural integration model in line with the national conditions; establishment of the concept of coordination, adherence to sustainable development; focusing on the scientificity and authority of urban and rural planning; construction of the urban and rural integrated development flamework, aimed at the organic integration of rural areas, agricultural modernization and urbanization, based On a fair chance and the industrialization of management.
