摘　　要：高校体育教师应具备全面掌握运用教材的能力;简洁、流畅、形象的语言表达能力;敏锐的观察和实施情感教育的能力;科学的创新能力;教育、教学科研能力;德育工作的渗透能力。具备了这些综合能力,才能使体育教师成为教学上的能手,科研上的骨干,训练上的行家。College and University PE teachers should have the following full capacity： the ability to know and use the teaching materials well： the ability to express simple, smooth and vivid language and the ability to observe keenly and implement the emotional education. They should also have science and innovation capacity; education, teaching and research capacity; the infiltration capability of moral education. With these comprehensive abilities can physical education teachers become experts on the teaching, training as well as the backbones of scientific research.
