高校武术套路与武术散手教学比较研究

摘　　要：根据近几年来高校体育教学中武术套路的影响不断下降,武术散手发展较快的情况,对这两种运动的教材特点、教学过程及教学效果进行剖析、比较。之所以会出现此消彼长的现象,主要是散手有鲜明时代性,是民族传统特色武术的演进。建议在保持武术套路的基础上,借鉴散手教学成功经验,对武术套路教学进行改革。According to the phenomenon that the influence of Wu Shu series is declining gradually, while the development of San Shou is growing fast, this essay is going to make an analysis and comparison between two in the aspects of teaching materials＇ feature, teaching process and teaching effect. There are many reasons for the phenomenon of ＂one rises, anther falls＂. However, the main reason is that San Shou is embodied with distinctive time spirit, and a kind of evolution of national traditional Wu Shu. Therefore, this essay offers a suggestion, that on the basis of the maintenance of Wu Shu series, the teaching of Wu Shu series should be reformed by taking the successful teaching experience of San Shou for reference
