摘　　要：文章从医学模式演化、医疗技术发展、相应建筑空间环境需求特性、以及相关系统整合等方面,探讨其与大型医疗设备发展的联系。简述了运营中的医院,为放置大型医疗设备而必须对建筑条件加以改造。运用空间布局变异原理,浅析了医院功能空间布局合理性滞后于大型医疗设备发展因果所在,并提出综合医院应考虑大型医疗设备未来所需环境储备的新思路。Elaborated from current medical trend and technology development, this article discusses the essential requirements on medical environment planning and system integration. Employing real life cases this article analyses the need for hospital space planning for fitting in large equipment in the future. The current issues in hospital space planning and its causes are also discussed
