摘　　要：冲裁件的工艺设计是冲裁模CAD/CAM的一个重要步骤.是针对我国目前冲裁模CAD/CAM技术应用存在的一些问题(如CAD/CAM运作效率低等),在Pro/Engineer的基础上,利用其二次开发接口——Pro/Toolkit开发一个冲裁件工艺设计模块.结果表明,冲裁件的工艺设计能达到一定的自动化和智能化,最终也使得冲裁模设计达到一定的自动化和智能化.Technical design of CAD/CAM blanking workpiece is an important process in the application of the die ＆ mold CAD / CAM. Aiming at resolving some present problems in this process and based on Pro/E, this paper uses a secondarily developed interface, Pro/Toolkit, to develop some new software of technical design for blanking workpiece. Results show that this software can lead to certain automatization and intelligentialization of the technical design of blanking workpiece and eventually to that of the cutting die.
