摘  要:采用氯化锌为活化剂,在微波辐射条件下改性玉米秸秆制备吸附剂,通过正交实验得出最优制备条件:微波功率640W,辐射时间4min,玉米秸秆与氯化锌溶液料液质量比为1:2,氯化锌溶液质量分数50%。并对此条件下制备的吸附剂的性能进行了测验,其表观密度0.2829g/mL,亚甲基蓝脱色力98mL/g,碘的吸附值718.09mg/g。The sorbent was prepared from corn stalk with ZnCl2 hy microwave irradiation. The effect of activation conditions on the decolorizing capacity for methylene blue, iodine value and the performance of adsorbent were investigated. The optimal technical conditions were as follows; microwave power was 640W; activation time was 4 mins: ZnCl2 solution concentration was 50%; the apparent density of sorbent was 0. 2829g/mL. the decolorizing capacity for methylene blue was 98mL/g and the iodine value was 718.09mg/g.
