摘 要:选取美人蕉和风车草为研究对象,对其在秋冬季低温条件下的氮、磷迁移能力进行研究。研究结果表明:两种植物在低温条件下都能够正常生长,经过3个月的生长,植物生物量均有大幅的增加,两种植物体内氮、磷含量依次为嫩叶>老叶>根部>茎部。试验期间,两种植物浮床在秋冬季低温条件下对氮、磷都有较好的去除效果。经过植物对水体中氮磷迁移能力的分析,美人蕉可以吸收水体中7.2%的氮、30.7%的磷,风车草可以吸收水体中7%的氮、31.2%的磷。Taking Canna indica and Cyperus alternifolius as research objects, nutrient uptake abilities of plants cultivated on floating-bed were studied comparatively in autumn and winter. The experimental results indicated plants could grow in autumn and winter. Three months after planting, biomasses of plants increased; the distributions of nitrogen and phosphorus in plants could be summarized as follows: new leaves〉old leaves 〉 roots〉 stems. During experiment, the removal rates of two plant floating beds were good. By analyzing nitrogen and phosphorus uptake abilities of plants, nitrogen uptake by Canna indica accounted for 7.2% in water, phosphorus uptake by Canna indica accounted for 30.7% ; nitrogen uptake by Cyperus alternifolius occupied 7% in water, phosphorus uptake by Canna indica occupied 31.2%.
