CK与Hb联合监测训练负荷强度

摘　　要：跟踪观测国家古典式摔跤队多哈亚运会重点参赛队员赛前一个月"2+1"模式大强度训练实况,采集血液指标,分析Hb、血清CK的变化规律及其对训练负荷强度和疲劳恢复的反映.结果显示:一次大强度训练后,CK升高(P<0.05),Hb变化无显著性(P>0.05);四次大强度训练后CK继续升高(P<0.01),Hb降低(P<0.01);七次大强度训练后恢复三天,CK与初始值无差异(P>0.05),Hb与初始值有差异(P<0.01).提示:CK(反映负荷强度)对疲劳程度的反映表现出很强的同步性,可能反映"2+1"模式大强度训练下疲劳的产生;Hb(反映负荷强度)对疲劳程度的反映表现出滞后性,可能反映"2+1"模式大强度训练下疲劳积累.CK对疲劳恢复的反映比敏感,Hb对疲劳恢复的反映滞后.Tracking observation classical-style Wrestling National Team members participating focus of the Doha Asian Games a month before the “2 ＋ 1” model high-intensity training situation ,collecting blood indicators of Hb ,the changes of serum CK and the training load strength and fatigue resume reflected. The results showed that a high-intensity training, CK increased （P〈0. 05）,Hb no significant changes （P〉0. 05）; Four high-intensity training CK continue increased （P〈0.01）,Hb decreased （P〈0.01）;seven high-intensity training resumed after three days, and the initial value of CK no difference （P〉0. 05）, Hb and the difference between the initial value （P〈0. 01）. It is suggested that CK （reflecting load strength） on the fatigue level of performance reflected a strong synchronization, may reflect the “2＋1” model high-intensity training under the fatigue generated;Hb （reflecting load strength） on the fatigue level of performance reflected a lag,may reflect the ＂2＋1＂ model under high intensity training fatigue accumulation. CK reflect on the resume than fatigue sensitive,Hb reflects the lag fatigue recovery.
