郑州市离退休人员体育锻炼现状及发展对策研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等方法,对郑州市232名离退休人员进行了问卷调查分析.调查结果表明,大部分离退休人员明确健身目的并积极参加体育锻炼;但由于体育场地、体育设施、缺乏组织管理与指导等因素的影响,离退休人员目前的体育锻炼还存在不少问题.针对这些问题,对郑州市离退休人员体育锻炼提出合理化建议,并为离退休人员能进行科学的体育锻炼及全民健身计划的实施提供科学依据.Through the methods of literature material,questionnaire survey,interview and so on, the article makes an evaluation on 232 retirees of Zhengzhou. The investigation result indicated that, the majority of retirees are clear about the exercise and participate in it; But because of the sports location, the sports facilities, lacking of organization management and instruction and so on,there are still some qustions. In view of these questions, the article gives some reasonable advice to the retirees ,and provide science basis for the retirees and all the people to do the exercise.
