摘　　要：非电起爆和微差爆破是近年来推广使用的一种新型起爆器材和爆破技术。文章介绍了非电起爆系统的组成和微差爆破技术原理,以及在临近带电线路附近爆破土石方时爆破参数的设计,阐述了飞石距离的校验、爆破作业注意事项和在输电线路施工中的应用效果。The paper introduces the component of non - electric blasting system and the technical principle of milli- second priming, and expounds that when blasting the earth work near to the live lines should adopts non - electric blasting system and millisecond priming technology, as well as the design of parameters and the verification flying rocks distance in order to protect the operating transmission lines. Besides the paper proposes the noticed proceedings of blasting and the effect of adopting the technology into transmission lines construction.
