摘　　要：选择性环氧合酶-2抑制剂具有较理想的抗炎镇痛作用,而且其不良反应较非选择性NSAIDs明显减少,被广泛应用于治疗关节炎的疼痛和其他疼痛的治疗。本文对选择性环氧合酶-2抑制剂如美洛昔康、尼美舒利、塞来昔布和帕瑞昔布等临床应用及不良反应进行评价。The selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, and the adverse effects significantly diminish compared with non - selective NSAIDs. Therefore, it is widely used to treat the arthritic pain or other kinds of pain. In this paper, the clinical application and adverse drug reaction of such selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors as meloxicam, nimesulide, celecoxib and parecoxih were evaluated respectively.
