摘　　要：非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)由于其术后镇痛的效果良好,适用于术后中度疼痛和费用少而备受关注。非甾体类抗炎药在术后镇痛中与阿片类药物合用可以减少阿片类药物的不良反应.故其使用有增加趋势。但NSAID药物的治疗作用与不良反应并存,使用不当或使用时间长会造成严重不良反应,甚至会危及生命,需引起高度警惕。本文就非甾体类抗炎药在术后镇痛中的不良反应作一综述。Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs （NSAIDs） are paid close attention for their better postoperative analgesia effects, few adverse effects and less cost. NSAIDs combine with opiods in postoperative analgesia can reduce the adverse effects from opiods, so the usage of NSAIDs is increasing. However it should be warned that NSAIDs have both medication effects and adverse effects, improper usage or long-term use can cause serious adverse effects, even threatening the patient＇s lives. This article is a summary to the adverse effects of NSAIDs.
