鸡离体小肠适宜培养时间的研究

摘　　要：文章用乳酸脱氢酶法探讨仔鸡肠囊的最佳培养时间。采用单因素试验设计,选择6只三黄公鸡并分别取其十二指肠、空肠和回肠肠囊,随机分配到锥形瓶中,每只鸡为1个重复。在培养的第0、20、40、60和80min时从每个锥形瓶瓶中取100μL培养液分析乳酸脱氢酶活力。结果表明,在0～60min,培养液中乳酸脱氢酶活力上升较缓慢,60min后上升幅度较快。结果提示,仔鸡肠囊的适合培养时间是40～50min。This experiment was carried out to study on optimum culture time of everted saes of chicken in method of lactate dehydrogenates（LDH）. Single factor design was used for the trial. Duodenum, jejunum and ileum sacs from six broilers were randomly distributioned to conical flask, there are six replicates for eaeh intestinal segment, and one broiler per replicate. One hundred μL culture medium was taken with micro pipette tips from each conical flask at 0, 20, 40, 60 and 80 rain for analysis activity of LDH. The result showed that activity of LDH increased slowly in 0-60 rain and more faster after 60 min. The results suggest that the suitable culture time of gut sacs of broiler was 40-50min.
