摘  要:目的:探讨在新西兰大白兔梗阻性肾病的动物模型上解除梗阻后,红花注射液对促进肾功能恢复的机制。方法:将50只新西兰大白兔随机分为假手术组20只、模型组20只、治疗组10只。先建立梗阻性肾病新西兰大白兔动物模型,梗阻成功后,普通喂养4周,再次手术解除梗阻,治疗组向腹腔注射红花注射液,假手术组、模型组向腹腔注射生理盐水,2周后处死全部新西兰大白兔,提取肾组织行病理检查。检测血肌酐及尿素氮评价肾功能,评估药物的疗效,分析药物可能的作用机制及作用途径。结果:新西兰大白兔双侧输尿管梗阻后,肾功能明显减退,肾间质纤维化增加;运用红花注射液治疗后,肾功能显著改善,肾间质纤维化延缓。结论:红花注射液对新西兰大白兔梗阻性所致的肾功能损害解除梗阻后肾功能的恢复具有显著的保护及促进作用,该作用可能与红花其具有抗纤维化的作用有关。Objective: To study the renal recovery effects of Safflower injection on patients with obstructive nephropathy and its mechanism. Methods: Fifty New Zealand white rabbit models of obstructive nephropathy were divided into fake operation group, model group, and treatment group with a ratio of 2:2:1. After a period of 4 weeks normal feeding, these rabbit models underwent operation to relive obstruction. Then, Intraperitoneal injection of Safflower was performed on the treatment group, while saline on the fake operation group and model group. Two weeks later, all rabbits were sacrificed. The renal tissues were extracted and analyzed. Renal function markers including serum creatinine and urea nitrogen level were evaluated; curative effects and mechanism analysis were analysed. Results: With obstructive nephropathy, the rabbits' renal function was obviously damaged with increased interstitial fibrosis. After given Safflower injection the damaged renal function was obviously impaired; the process of interstitial fibrosis was delayed. Conclusion: Safflower injection possesses a protective and promotion function upon recovery of the damaged renal function caused by obstructive nephropathy in New Zealand white rabbits. This effect is likely to be associated with anti-fibrosis effects of Safflower.
