摘　　要：目的:对头孢吡肟在临床应用中发生的不良反应,探讨和分析其一般规律及特点。方法:对2006年1月～2008年1月ADR监测室收集的56例头孢吡肟不良反应报告进行分析。结果:头孢吡肟不良反应以神经系统表现为主,且多见于老年患者,其次是皮肤系统受损和胃肠道症状。结论:老年患者应慎用头孢吡肟,避免抗生素滥用,以减少ADR的发生。Objective： To probe the regularity and clinical characters of adverse reactions caused by Cefepime injection. Methods： Adverse reactions induced by Cefepime injection in 56 patients who signed the monitoring register from January, 2006 to January, 2008 were analyzed. Result： With higher incidence among senior patients, adverse reactions of Cefepime injection most commonly manifested as neurological disorders followed by dermatological and digestive dysfunctions. Conclusion： To decrease the incidence of adverse reaction, Cefepime injection should be properly used. To senior patients Cefepime injection should be applied with special awareness.
