摘　　要：目的:探讨上颌窦穿刺技巧与护理。方法:对1264例慢性化脓性上颌窦炎患者采用上颌窦穿刺冲洗术,并进行手术前、后护理。结果:1264例患者顺利完成穿刺治疗,无并发症发生,均无出现不良反应。结论:熟练掌握上颌窦穿刺技术和做好术前、术后的护理,是上颌窦穿刺术成功的重要保证。Objective_ To of chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis probe the maxillary sinus puncture and nursing skills. Methods： 1 264 cases were treated with maxillary sinus puncture and washing operation plus careful preoperative nursing. Results： The operations were reactions. Conclusion： Good command of puncture all conducted smoothly without any complications or adverse skills and careful nursing before and after the operation are very important to the success of maxillary sinus puncture.
