摘　　要：通过对微硅粉增密设备及生产工艺的简要论述,阐述了目前国内金属硅和硅铁生产中烟气回收加工利用设备——微硅粉增密设备的生产工艺及其所存在的问题,为以后的生产工艺优化提供参考。By means of discussing the density addition facilities and production technology of silica dust, it puts forward the major problems existing in the silica dust density addition facilities and its production technology which reclaiming and utilizing the fume generated during the process of producing silicon metal and ferrosilicon. It will offer assistance to the optimized technology in the future.
