摘 要:目的识别、分析和评价某汽车改装厂迁建项目可能存在的职业病危害因素。方法依据《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》等标准,对该项目在生产中产生的职业病危害因素采用类比法和检查表法进行检测、分析评价。结果有85.7%焊接岗位电焊烟尘超过职业接触限值;检测27个噪声作业岗位,噪声分级13个为0级、13个为Ⅰ级、1个为Ⅱ级;检测照度作业岗位18个,均不合格。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。Objective To identify, analyze and assess the occurrence of possible occupational risk factors in this construction project. Methods According to national standards, the methods of anal6gy and checklist were carried out to evaluate the occupational risk factors in the project. Results 87.5% of weld working posts exceeded occupational exposure limits. Among 27 productive noise posts ,13 posts were classified as 0 ,13 for Ⅰ and 1 forⅡ. 18 sites for illumination were not qualified. Conclusion This construction project is classified as serious occupational project. From the view of occupational health, this construction project is feasible.
