摘 要:目的对某新建焦化厂生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素进行识别、分析和评价。方法依据国家相关标准,对该建设项目的类比对象进行现场调查及检测,采用系统分析法、类比法和检查表法进行定性、定量评价。结果经类比调查检测生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素STEL(mg/m^3)为:CO未检出~30.1、CO2157~550、SO22.04~3.01、硫化氢〈0.53、氨0.13~7.82、苯0.60~2.40、硫酸0.46、氢氧化钠〈0.05、煤尘;噪声65.4~94.1 dB(A),合格率为92.3%。结论本项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目。只要在后续的施工、生产过程中认真按设计要求进行,并采纳预评价报告中提出的补充建议,预计工程建成后能符合国家规定的职业卫生要求。Objective To identify and analyze the occurrence of possible occupational risk factors , provide the technique evidences for hygiene supervision. Methods According to national standards, the analogical plant was monitored and detected, combination of principle of system analysis , analogy and checklist were carried out. Results The major occupational risk factors were CO, CO2, SO2, H2S, NH3, benzene, sulphuric acid, superalkali ,coal dust,noise,high temperature and vibration. The findings of analogizing and monitoring showed that the STEL values of CO, CO2, SO2;H2S, NH3, benzene,H2SO4 ,superalkali, coal dust were ND - 30.1, 157 - 550 ,2.04 - 3.01, 〈 0. 53,0.13 - 7.82,0.60 - 2. 40, 0. 46, 〈0. 05, 1.00 - 15.3 mg/m^3. The noise value was 65.4 - 94. 1 dB(A). The qualified rate of noise in the working sites was 92. 3%. Condusion It is a serious occupational hazard project. In the construction process of the project, trial and normal production, the sanitation requirements are fulfilled in the process - verbal and the basis of feasible report and illustrative primary design and sanitation management measures are enhanced, it is hopeful to keep health hazardous factors to measure up the national standards.
