泰安市乡村旅游资源开发初探

摘　　要：乡村旅游是以农村地域及与农事相关的乡村风情为吸引物,吸引旅游者前往观光、游憩、体验等的旅游活动。泰安市发展乡村旅游有着良好的资源优势和市场前景,但由于缺乏政府部门的宏观指导和政策、资金支持,项目缺乏必要的论证和规划,导致盲目开发,档次不高,项目和产品开发单一、雷同,管理混乱,效益不高等问题。面对良好的发展机遇,政府有关部门要统筹规划,加大政策和资金支持力度;因地制宜,科学决策,合理开发利用当地的旅游资源;发展乡村旅游要与农村产业结构调整相结合,提升乡村旅游的档次和效益;突出特色,打造乡村旅游精品;正确处理发展与保护的关系,实现乡村旅游的可持续发展。Rural tourism is such kind of tourism that tourists are attracted to sightseeing, recreation and experience by rural scenery, rural customs and practices about farming. There is the advantage of tourist resource and market potential to develop rural tourism in Taian City. However, owing to lack of macro-guid-ance and policy, financing support, and necessary demonstrability and plan of tourism project, there are still many problems such as unreasoning development, very few projects and products, disordered management, ittle income, etc. Therefore, in the face of favorable developing advantage, government department concerned should make an overall plan in support of policy and financing, to develop scientifically tourist resource based on local conditions. The development of rural tourism should be combined with adjustment of rural industrial structure to improve its level and benefit. The characteristic should be emphasized to form good attractions of rural tourism. The relation between development and protection should be in perfect harmony to establish the sustainable development of rural tourism.
