开放获取资源的国内用户认同度调查与分析——以北京高校为例

摘　　要：根据样本数据分析目前国内对OA的认同度,分析了潜在影响因素及影响力度,如科研评价体系、作者付费模式的认可程度和对费用标准的接受程度。建议改革现有的科研评价体系,将开放获取期刊纳入科研评价之列,鼓励科研人员在相应的开放获取期刊上发表文章,积极扶持、大力宣传,提高国内用户对OA资源认同度。This paper indicated the domestic users＇ recognition of OA depending on the survey in universities, then it analyzed the potential influencing factors and the influencing degree of those factors, such as the scientific research evaluating system, recognition to the payment modes to the authors, and level of acceptance to the charging rates. The paper suggested that the funding agencies should reform the current scientific research evaluation system and take open access journals into this system and encourage scientific researchers to publish their papers in relevant open-access joumals, and the government and research institutions should actively support and publicize OA to enhance the recognition degree of the domestic users to OA resources.
