摘　　要：文章分析了图书馆资源计划管理和业务流程重组的关系,阐述了图书馆业务流程重组咨询的益处、内容、原则等问题,就基于图书馆资源计划管理的业务流程重组实施进行了探讨。The thesis analyzed the relationship between library resources planning management and reconstructuring of library business flow, it expounded the profits, contents and principle of reconstructuring of library business flow. The implement of the reconstructuring based on library resources planning management was offered.
