摘　　要：文章通过区域性文献保障体系国内外现状分析,对网络环境下新疆区域性文献保障体研究的方法及意义进行了探讨。Though analyzing the literature safeguard system of domestic and foreign present situation, this article has studled and given its method and the significance under the network environment.
