摘　　要：在全球工业化、网络化和数字化的背景下,企业对信息服务的要求越来越高,构建面向用户的信息服务体系,对企业具有重要的意义。本文分析了面向用户信息服务的体系结构,它的演化过程以及主要技术手段,优化配置企业信息化的基础设施及信息资源,实现各类企业信息资源的共建共享,为企业提供良好的信息环境与服务。In the background of global, network and digital industrialisation, the requirement of enterprise information service is growing quickly. Building user- oriented information service system is important to the enterprise. In the paper, the user - oriented information services structure was analyzed, as well as its evolution and the main technical means. Optimizing the corporate information resources and all types of enterprises information resources common building and common sharing, it can provide good environment and information services for enterprise.
